This
is the autobiography of one of the most successful
acts in magic. Marvyn and Carol Roy performed the "Mr.
Electric" Act for over fifty years. They performed
during the fifties, sixties, seventies and eighties,
at every venue there was to perform: Radio City Music
Hall, The London Palladium, The Latin Quarter, Gorki
Park in Moscow, the Ed Sullivan Show, The Hollywood
Palace and many more. They worked hotels, ice shows,
floor shows, night clubs, theatres, arenas, amusement
parks. Mr. Electric led a life that most magicians
only dream of. Now it is in book form. Marvyn has described
his entire life from the first time he visited Thayer's
Studio as a boy, to the development of an act and getting
into show business.
Anyone
who ever dreamed of being a famous magician can now
live that dream through the eyes and words of Marvyn
Roy, Mr. Electric.
